What is your cancellation policy?

Any cancellations made after 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged a $50 fee.

Can you help me with skincare products?

Absolutely! If you would like to receive assistance in selecting the correct skincare products for your skin type and concern, please reach out through my Contact Page with your skin concerns & I will get in touch with you via email.

What is your return policy?

Effective May 1, 2020, our return policy has been adjusted due to the COVID-19 pandemic. To lessen the possibility of contamination, we are not accepting returns at this time and all skincare sales are final on both in-studio and online purchases. 

What should I do if I experience a negative reaction to a product?

If you experience a reaction, discontinue use immediately. Gently wash off product completely with water and apply an over the counter hydrocortisone for relief of any itching. Cold compresses can be applied to help alleviate any feeling of heat or swelling. Oral antihistamines can also be taken to help reduce allergic reaction. Seek medical attention if symptoms continue. 

Your skin health is very important to me. Many different supplements, medications taken at home can cause a skin reaction to new or different products. If you do experience a reaction, please reach out through my Contact Page immediately.
